Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the table, and together we work towards a common goal of providing our clients with top-quality catering equipment solutions. We're proud of the team we've assembled here at ENSE, and we're excited to introduce you to them.
Bob is the founder and Managing Director of ENSE. Having managed successful sales teams for over 15 years, he was ideally positioned to manage the diversity of business and people within the group’s structure. With a total of over 30 years of catering equipment and supplies experience, Bob leads with energy, passion and vision.
Bob’s strength lies in his leadership and organisational skills. Bob has led ENSE from a concept in 2012 to the premier buying consortium today. Bob’s proven history of assisting distributors and suppliers achieve rewarding financial goals is unparalleled.
Ben has been ENSE’s Business Development Director since 2020. Bringing strategic marketing thoughts and energy, Ben helps ENSE lead the industry in the ever changing environment of catering equipment and supplies.
Ben has over 20 years experience within the foodservice equipment industry working for global market leading distributors and manufacturers. Having served in leadership roles within various sectors of the industry, he employs a balanced view to the distributor/supplier dynamic, and, coupled with his in depth knowledge of the market, Ben works to ensure both the distributor and supplier gain unprecedented results.
Jennifer joined ENSE in 2022. Having vast experience within our industry including accounting support, customer service, sales administration and management, Jennifer has gained valuable experience and knowledge. Drawing on her previous experience has enabled Jennifer to support ENSE's community as Sales Administrator with skill and ease.
From managing day-to-day communications to handling many aspects of planning and executing our Summits, Jennifer is regularly in touch with our members to keep them informed and involved. Jennifer has streamlined ENSE's administration through her attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Marilyn has been ENSE’s Accounts Manager since 2016. She has a degree in Business Finance and over 30 years experience covering different industries such as Retail, electrical, real estate and catering equipment.
Marilyn possesses strong analytical skills and has a passion for details. She redesigned ENSE’s accounting systems and processes to make them easier and more accurate. Marilyn interacts daily with both distributors and suppliers to assure all reporting is accurate and complete.
Gary Licht
Partner
Gary entered the Catering Equipment and supplies business in 1973. He successfully managed Jacob Licht, Inc for 37 years. While Gary was busy running this distributorship, he also started in the real estate business. These businesses together gave Gary the unbeatable combination of Operations, Sales, Finance and Customer Service. In 1996, Gary founded Equipex, Limited, a leading manufacturer of Catering Equipment.
In 2006, he sold the distribution business and began a business of consulting in the Catering Equipment business. Gary’s well rounded business acumen assists both distributors and suppliers attain greater profitability.
Robert Autenreith
Partner
Robert Autenreith has been involved in food service since 1979 when he became President of Loubat Glassware & Cork Company. In 1989, Mr. Autenreith founded PRIDE Marketing & Procurement, Inc. which has grown to become a powerful catering equipment group in the USA. Robert co-founded Edge Marketing & Procurement in 1992, an electronics components and security camera industry buying group.
Mr. Autenreith holds a BS and an MBA from Tulane University in Civil Engineering and Finance, respectively. His vast knowledge of finance, together with his entrepreneurial spirit, brings unparalleled business creativity to solve complex business issues.
