Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the table, and together we work towards a common goal of providing our clients with top-quality catering equipment solutions. Bob is ENSE’s founder and Managing Director.
With over 40 years’ foodservice equipment and supplies experience and over 15 years’ experience in managing successful sales teams, Bob is ideally positioned to manage a diverse community of people and businesses.
He leads with energy, passion, and vision in everything he does and possesses strong leadership and organisational skills.
Bob has led ENSE from a concept in 2012 to the premier foodservice equipment buying consortium that it is today.
Bob’s proven track record of helping distributors and suppliers achieve long-lasting relationships and rewarding financial goals is unparalleled, and his approach has been integral to ENSE’s success.

Ben has been ENSE’s Business Development Director since 2020.
With his strategic marketing thoughts and energy, Ben helps ENSE lead the industry in the constantly evolving environment of foodservice equipment and supplies.
Ben has over 25 years’ experience within the foodservice equipment industry, working for global, market-leading distributors and manufacturers.
Having served in leadership roles across various sectors of the industry, he employs a balanced view to the distributor/supplier dynamic.
He also has an in-depth knowledge of the market and uses this knowledge to ensure our distributors and suppliers gain unprecedented results.

Jess joined ENSE in 2025 and has over ten years’ experience in administration, payroll, and process management.
With a strong background in supporting business operations and maintaining internal systems, Jessica is perfectly placed to optimise efficiency across our organisation.
She plays a vital role in managing day-to-day communications and relationships across members and internal teams, supporting key administrative functions, and enabling the successful delivery of major events, including our annual Partnership Summit & Awards.

Marilyn has been ENSE’s Accounts Manager since 2016.
She has a degree in Business Finance and over 30 years’ experience covering different industries, including retail, electrical, real estate, and catering equipment.
Marilyn possesses strong analytical skills and has a passion for details. She redesigned ENSE’s accounting systems and processes to make them easier and more accurate, which has enabled us to run a slicker, more streamlined operation.
Marilyn interacts daily with both distributors and suppliers to ensure all reporting is accurate and complete.

Gary Licht
Partner
Gary entered the catering equipment and supplies business in 1973.
He successfully managed Jacob Licht Inc. for 37 years. While Gary was busy running this distributorship, he also started in the real estate business. These businesses together gave Gary the unbeatable combination of operations, sales, finance and customer service.
In 1996, Gary founded Equipex Limited, a leading manufacturer of catering equipment. In 2006, he sold the distribution business and began consulting in the catering equipment industry.
Gary’s well-rounded business acumen helps both distributors and suppliers attain greater profitability.

Robert Autenreith
Partner
Robert has been involved in the foodservice equipment industry since 1979, when he became President of Loubat Glassware & Cork Company.
In 1989, Robert founded PRIDE Marketing & Procurement, Inc. which has grown to become a powerful catering equipment group in the USA.
In 1992, Robert co-founded Edge Marketing & Procurement in 1992, an electronics components and security camera industry buying group.
Robert holds a BS and an MBA from Tulane University in Civil Engineering and Finance, respectively.
His vast knowledge of finance, together with his entrepreneurial spirit, brings unparalleled business creativity to solve complex business issues.

Chloe has provided ongoing marketing and social media support for ENSE since 2024, specialising in marketing strategy, social media management, and content creation.
She has over ten years’ experience in business-to-business marketing and public relations, representing industry-leading brands around the world.
Having worked with multiple foodservice equipment organisations, Chloe knows exactly what makes our industry tick and what most resonates with our members.
Thanks to Chloe, we are able to shine a spotlight on our members, drum up excitement ahead of major events, and capture the spirit of our community across multiple digital platforms.

Neil has provided ongoing marketing and social media support for ENSE since 2024, specialising in content writing and social media content creation.
With a background in journalism, public relations, and marketing, Neil is able to bring members’ stories to life and communicate the benefits of being part of ENSE. He has also helped make our business more visible across organic search and AI.
Like Chloe, he has over ten years’ experience in his field and has worked with multiple organisations within the foodservice equipment industry.
